EECARO will host the third edition of its General Assembly and Annual Conference at the University of Liège, Place du XX Août, Liège (Belgium), on February 11th and 12th, 2025.

The General Assembly is exclusively for EECARO members, while the Annual Conference is open to EECARO and AUECO/HEECA members (no fee), invited regulators and experts (no fee), and eligible external participants (export control officers from EU/EFTA nonprofit research organizations) (200€).
